After receiving the drawing from Customer, We (Anjana Engineering) understands the drawing requirements, conduct Feasible study and will have discussion with CFT to make a stabilized process plan
By using the Design software we make 3D models from the 2D Drawing and make stage wise process plan and we also plan the Jigs & Fixtures where applicable in order to achieve the customer requirements.
CAM :
CAM Engineers gets input from CAD Team (3D Models) and perfrom programming using the Licensed Programming tool for
Program generation.
Quality :
We at Anjana Engineering performs First-off Inspection for every batch and also carryout operator in process inspection and Quality in process inspection in order to maintain the Quality of product
